Here's a list of different types of projects completed by Chatham Audio.
This project was an upgrade to an extremely basic existing system. We utilized some of what was already installed (cleaning it all up, of course) and added a second projector & screen, a floor-box in the stage for wired microphones, multiple wireless microphones, an audioconferencing auto-mixer from Biamp, and numerous in-ceiling speakers.
Eight HD sources to up to eight HD displays and eight zones of audio... all controlled by a single color touchscreen. Having all of the sources installed in one location keeps the installation super-clean. The touchpanel allows the user to turn the entire system on with the press of a single button - all to a predetermined "favorite" setting.
This project started as a unfinished room in the basement of a house in Chapel Hill. We handled all of the design and contracting through the project's completion. Marantz amplification and front-projection from JVC Pro are the electronics highlights. Off to the side, we used some of the space for an integrated work area/office.
